# Competition Act 1998, Paragraph 11

Rules may make provision as to the factors which the CMA may take into account when it is determining the date on which a direction given under paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 or paragraph 2(3) or 9(3) of Schedule 3 is to have effect.
