  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.\n(2) An amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.\n(3) Transitional or saving provision made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.",
