# The Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 36

(1) Section 33 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (c), insert “ or ”;
(b) omit paragraphs (e) and (f).
(3) Omit subsection (3A).
