  "text": "(1) Section 42 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)(d)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (i)—\n(i) for “section 22(3)(za), (a) or (e)” substitute “ section 22(3)(za) or (a) ”;\n(ii) for “33(3)(za), (a) or (e)” substitute “ 33(3)(za) or (a) ”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the “or” before it.\n(3) In subsection (6)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), omit “, (6) and (8)”;\n(b) in paragraph (f), for “after the word “(4)” there were inserted “, (5A)”” substitute “for “ and (4) ” there were substituted “, (4) and (5A)” ”.",
