“(2)

At the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or”.

(3)

For sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—

“(c)

transferred EU anti-trust commitments or transferred EU anti-trust directions (as defined in section 40ZA of that Act),”.”.
