Article 2 The Specified Amounts: Mergers

(1)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(a) of the EA 2002 the fixed amount specified is £30,000.

(2)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(b) of the EA 2002 the amount per day specified is £15,000.

(3)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(c) of the EA 2002 the fixed amount specified is £30,000 and the amount per day specified is £15,000.

(4)

For the purposes of section 111(6) of the EA 2002 the fixed amount specified is £30,000.
