# The Competition Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2024, Paragraph 1


In Rule 2 (interpretation), paragraph (1), after the definition of “the 2003 Act” insert the following definition—
““the 2024 Act” means the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;”.
