COMPETITION

The Secretary of State, having consulted in accordance with section 15(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002f1, makes these Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by—

  1. (a)

    section 15(1) and (3)(c) of, and Part 2 of Schedule 4 to, that Act; and

  2. (b)

    sections 101(5) and 102(6) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024f2.
