Article 13 Acknowledgement and notification
On receiving a notice of appeal the Registrar shall—
(a)
send an acknowledgement of its receipt to the appellant; and
(b)
subject to rules 9(2) and 10 send a copy of the notice of appeal to the respondent who made the disputed decision.
