# The Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2003, Article 69: Transitional


Proceedings commenced before the Tribunal prior to the coming into force of these rules shall continue to be governed by The Competition Commission Appeal Tribunal Rules 2000 as if they had not been revoked.
