# The Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2003, Introduction: Introductory text


COMPETITION
Made 23rd May 2003
Laid before Parliament 27th May 2003
Coming into force 20th June 2003
The Secretary of State, after consultation with the President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal and such other persons as she considers appropriate in accordance with section 15(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of and Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Enterprise Act 2002, hereby makes the following rules:
