  "text": "Competition\nMade 7th September 2015\nLaid before Parliament 8th September 2015\nComing into force 1st October 2015\nHaving consulted in accordance with section 15(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002 , the Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) to (3) of, and Part 2 of Schedule 4 to, that Act and sections 192(3) and (4) and 193(1), (2)(b) and (3) of the Communications Act 2003 .",
