  "heading": "Delivery of the decision",
  "text": "(1) The decision of the Tribunal shall be delivered—\n(a) by handing down the decision in public on a date fixed for that purpose;\n(b) by publishing the decision on the Tribunal's website; or\n(c) in such other manner as may be specified by practice direction.\n(2) The Registrar shall send a copy of the document recording the decision to each party and shall enter it on the register.\n(3) The decision of the Tribunal is to be treated as having been notified on the date on which a copy of the document recording it is sent to the parties under paragraph (2).\n(4) The decision of the Tribunal be published in such manner as the President considers appropriate.",
