  "heading": "Determination by the CMA of price control matters",
  "text": "(1) Subject to any directions given by the Tribunal (which may be given at any time before the CMA has made its determination), the CMA shall determine every price control matter within four months of receipt by it of the reference.\n(2) The Tribunal may give directions as to the procedure in accordance with which the CMA is to make its determination.\n(3) The Tribunal may give directions under this rule of its own motion or upon the application of the CMA or of any party.",
