  "text": "These Rules apply as follows—\n(a) Parts 1 and 6 apply to all proceedings before the Tribunal;\n(b) Part 2 applies to all proceedings before the Tribunal save as otherwise provided in Parts 3, 4, 4A, 5 , 5A , 5B and 7;\n(ba) rules 67 to 70 of Part 2 also apply to appeals under section 84 of the Football Governance Act 2025;\n(c) Part 3 applies to proceedings for a review or an appeal against penalties under the 2002 Act or the 2024 Act;\n(d) Part 4 applies—\n(i) to claims under section 47A of the 1998 Act;\n(ii) subject to rule 72B, to claims under section 101 of the 2024 Act; and\n(iii) subject to rule 74, to collective proceedings;\n(da) Part 4A applies to claims under section 101 of the 2024 Act;\n(e) Part 5 applies to collective proceedings and collective settlements;\n(ea) Part 5A applies to applications under section 70 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022 for reviews of subsidy decisions (within the meaning of that section);\n(eb) Part 5B applies to appeals under section 84 of the Football Governance Act 2025;\n(f) Part 7 applies to appeals under section 192(2) of the 2003 Act relating to price control.",
