  "text": "Where a collective proceedings order has been made and the Tribunal has specified that the proceedings are opt-in collective proceedings, the class representative may not without the permission of the Tribunal settle those proceedings before the expiry of the time specified in the collective proceedings order as the time by which a class member may without the permission of the Tribunal opt in to those proceedings.",
