  "text": "COMPETITION\nMade 7th February 2000\nLaid before Parliament 8th February 2000\nComing into force 1st March 2000\nThe Secretary of State, after consultation with the President of the Competition Commission Appeal Tribunals in accordance with section 48(2) of the Competition Act 1998 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 48(2), (3) and (4), 49(3) and 71 of the Act and Part II of Schedule 8 to the Act hereby makes the following rules:",
