Article 2 The Specified Amounts

(1)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(a) of the Act the fixed amount specified shall be £20,000.

(2)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(b) of the Act the amount per day specified shall be £5,000.

(3)

For the purposes of section 111(4)(c) of the Act the fixed amount specified shall be £20,000 and the amount per day specified shall be £5,000.

(4)

For the purposes of section 111(6) of the Act the amount specified shall be £20,000.
