# The Compressed Acetylene (Importation) Regulations 1978, Regulation 1A


These Regulations shall not apply to any transportable pressure equipment which complies with the provisions of Part 4 of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2007.
