# The Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994 and shall come into force on 10th January 1995.
