# The Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994, Article 9: Notification of appointment of assessor


Where the Minister appoints an assessor, he shall notify every person entitled to appear at the inquiry of the name of the assessor and of the matters on which he is to advise the inspector.
