# The Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st November 1998.
