  "heading": "Service of statements of case – statutory objectors",
  "text": "Subject to rule 13, each statutory objector shall, not later than–\n(a) where no pre-inquiry meeting is held pursuant to rule 7, 8 weeks after the relevant date; or\n(b) where a pre-inquiry meeting is held pursuant to rule 7, 4 weeks after the conclusion of that meeting,\nand in any case not later than 4 weeks before the date fixed for the holding of the inquiry, serve a statement of case on the Secretary of State, the acquiring authority, every other statutory objector and each relevant person.",
