# The Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998, Article 24: Service of notices by post


Subject to the provisions of paragraph 19 of the First Schedule to the Act, notices or documents required or authorised to be served or sent under the provisions of any of these Rules may be sent by post.
