  "text": "In these Rules—\n“the 2007 Rules” means the Compulsory Purchase (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 2007;\n“acquiring authority” and “compulsory purchase order” have the same meaning as in section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.",
