Article 6 Amendment to rule 18

In rule 18 (procedure after inquiry) of the 2007 Rules, before paragraph (1) insert—

“(A1)

Within 10 business days beginning with the day after the day on which the inquiry closes, the authorising authority must inform the persons listed in rule 19(1) in writing of the expected date of its decision.”.
