  "text": "Tribunals And Inquiries, England And Wales\nMade 26th February 2018\nLaid before Parliament 28th February 2018\nComing into force 6th April 2018\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 and sections 8 and 9 of the Electronic Communications Act 2000, makes the following Rules.\nThe Lord Chancellor considers that the authorisation by these Rules of the use of electronic communications for any purpose is such that the extent (if any) to which records of things done for the purpose will be available will be no less satisfactory in cases where use is made of electronic communications than in other cases.",
