  "heading": "Consequential amendments and repeals.",
  "text": "(1) The enactments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule, being amendments consequential upon the provisions of this Act.\n(2) The transitional provisions in Schedule 4 to this Act shall have effect.\n(3) The enactments specified in Schedule 5 to this Act shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.",
