  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.\n(2) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of a period of three months beginning with the date on which this Act is passed.\n(3) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.",
