# The Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016, Regulation 60: Reporting requirements

Contracting entities must send to the Scottish Ministers a report containing such information as the Scottish Ministers may from time to time request in respect of concession contracts within the scope of these Regulations for the purpose of enabling the Scottish Ministers to provide the European Commission with information.
