  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the Conditional Fee Agreements Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/692), the Collective Conditional Fee Agreements Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/2988), the Conditional Fee Agreements (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003 (S.I.2003/1240) and the Conditional Fee Agreements (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/3344) in respect of conditional fee agreements and collective conditional fee agreements entered into on or after 1st November 2005.\nParties may enter into Conditional Fee Agreements and Collective Conditional Fee Agreements on or after that date based on the primary legislation.",
