# The Conformity Assessment (Mutual Recognition Agreements) (Construction Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Conformity Assessment (Mutual Recognition Agreements) and Weights and Measures (Intoxicating Liquor) (Amendment) Regulations 2021


(1) The Conformity Assessment (Mutual Recognition Agreements) and Weights and Measures (Intoxicating Liquor) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 1 (specified Regulations), after paragraph 3 insert—
“3A. Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.”.
