# The Conisborough College Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Conisborough College Order 2011 and comes into force on 6th July 2011.
(2) In this Order—
“the Constitution Regulations” means the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007;
“the governing body” means the governing body of Conisborough College;
“parent governor” has the meaning given by regulation 4(1) of the Constitution Regulations.
