# The Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 31st March 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
