  "text": "The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 come into force on 1st October 2009—\n(a) sections 23 to 44;\n(b) sections 47 to 60;\n(c) sections 137 and 138;\n(d) Schedules 8, 9, 10, 11 and 16;\n(e) paragraphs 9 to 35 of Schedule 17 (and section 145 so far as relating to those provisions);\n(f) Parts 5 and 6 of Schedule 18 (and section 146 so far as relating to those provisions).",
