# The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2006, Article 2: Commencement of provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005


The provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 listed—
(a) in Schedule 1, shall come into force on 3rd April 2006;
(b) in Schedule 2, shall come into force on the dates specified therein.
