# The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007, Article 2: Citation


Section 4 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Guarantee of continued judicial independence: Northern Ireland) shall come into force on 8th May 2007.
