  "text": "The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 8th May 2007—\n(a) section 5(3) and 5(4) (representations to Parliament);\n(b) section 6 (representations to the Northern Ireland Assembly); and\n(c) section 11 (Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland), in so far as it inserts subsection (1B)(b) into section 12 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002.",
