# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 10


In section 66 of the Adoption Act 1976 (rules of procedure), in subsection (1) for “by the Lord Chancellor” substitute “ in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 ”.
