  "text": "(1) In this Schedule “transferred jurisdiction” means any jurisdiction of—\n(a) the House of Lords, or\n(b) the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council,\nthat is transferred to the Supreme Court by virtue of this Act.\n(2) In relation to transferred jurisdiction—\n“original court” means (as appropriate)—\n(a)the House of Lords, or\n(b)the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council;\n“transfer day” means the day when the jurisdiction is transferred to the Supreme Court.",
