# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 26


(1) The Supreme Court Act 1981 is amended as follows.
(2) For “Supreme Court” in each place substitute “ Senior Courts ”.
(3) In section 14, in the side-note for “Supreme” substitute “ Senior Courts ”.
