In the following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 for “senior court” in each place substitute “ superior court ”
(a) section 28(2)(b) and (3)(b);
(b) section 29(2)(b) and (3)(b);
(c) section 29A(1)(b);
(d) section 30(1).
