# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 3


In the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1877, in section 44 (constitution of Universities Committee of Privy Council) omit—
(a) “the Lord Chancellor,” in the first place;
(b) “the Lord Chancellor or”.
