  "text": "(1) Section 79 (process for making Family Procedure Rules) is amended as follows.\n(2) For subsections (3) and (4) substitute—\n“(3) The Lord Chancellor may allow or disallow rules so made.\n(4) If the Lord Chancellor disallows rules, he must give the Committee written reasons for doing so.”\n(3) In subsection (5) for “, as allowed or altered” substitute “ and allowed ”.",
