# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 103


(1) The Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 is amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule, in rule 6 (appointment of tribunal)—
(a) in paragraph (3)(a) omit “but”;
(b) omit paragraph (3)(b).
