In paragraph 40 (application of paragraph 39 in particular circumstances), in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)—
(a) for “Judicial Committee” and “Committee” in each place substitute “ Supreme Court ”;
(b) for “Court” substitute “ Court of Appeal ”.
