# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 15


In the Commonwealth Secretariat Act 1966, in section 1 (the Commonwealth Secretariat, its privileges and immunities) in subsection (4)(a) for “House of Lords” in each place substitute “ Supreme Court ”.
