  "text": "(1) The Competition Act 1998 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 38 (the appropriate level of a penalty) for subsection (10)(d) substitute—\n“(d) the Supreme Court.”\n(3) In section 47A (monetary claims before Tribunal) in subsection (7)(d) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.\n(4) In section 58A (findings of infringements) in subsection (4)(c) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.\n(5) In Schedule 13 (transitional provisions and savings) in paragraph 10 for sub-paragraph (6)(e) substitute—\n“(e) the Supreme Court.”",
