# Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Paragraph 74


In the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000, in Schedule 7 (housing benefit: revisions and appeals), for paragraph 18(6)(c) substitute—
“(c) the Supreme Court; or”.
