# The Construction Contracts Exclusion Order (Northern Ireland) 1999, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

Extent: N.I.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Construction Contracts Exclusion Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1999.
(2) In this Order, “the 1997 Order” means the Construction Contracts (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
